PMOHS’25 – Occupational Health and Safety Summit is Türkiye’s first large-scale summit solely dedicated to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in the oil and gas sector. The event is organized by the Chamber of Petroleum Engineers (PMO) and will take place on June 18, 2025, at the prestigious Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center in Ankara.
Bringing together public institutions, private companies, NGOs, and academia, PMOHS’25 aims to become the leading platform in Türkiye for knowledge-sharing, policy discussion, and strategic collaboration in the field of OHS.
As the energy industry in Türkiye rapidly expands with significant onshore and offshore exploration and production activities, the importance of occupational health and safety management becomes more critical than ever. The conference will take place at Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center, one of Ankara’s most prestigious venues, located in a peaceful green area close to major government offices and universities.From Esenboğa International Airport (ESB)
By Taxi: Approximately 40–50 minutes. Estimated fare: 1000–1200 TRY (subject to change).
By Airport Shuttle (BelkoAir or HAVAS): Take the shuttle to Kızılay or AŞTİ (Intercity Bus Terminal) and transfer to a taxi from there.
Private Transfer Services: May be arranged via your hotel or private providers.
From City Center / Hotels
From central areas such as Kızılay, Kavaklıdere, or Çankaya, a taxi ride takes around 15–25 minutes, depending on traffic.Some hotels may offer a shuttle service to the venue. Please get in touch with your hotel for availability.
Arriving by Car
Free parking is available at the Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center. The venue is easily accessible via Eskişehir Road and clearly signposted from main routes.
Public Transportation
Public transportation to the venue is limited. We recommend taking a taxi or arranging private transportation from the nearest metro or bus station.
Participants are free to choose any hotel of their preference during their stay in Ankara. The city offers a wide range of accommodation options, from luxury hotels to budget-friendly alternatives, especially in central areas such as Kızılay, Kavaklıdere, and Çankaya, all within a short distance from the event venue.
